Québec steering committee

Committee mandate :

  • Ensure the smooth running of activities and services in the region;
  • Propose agreements with local suppliers;
  • Make recommendations to the Board on the Association’s regulations and the preparation of the annual budget;
  • Powers and duties delegated or imposed by the Board of Directors;
  • Be involved in special projects requiring their expertise and participate, to the best of their ability, in the Association’s activities.

We strongly recommend a maximum of two committees

Committee meetings are held by Teams

The terms of reference of the committees are defined each year on the basis of the AQIII’s strategic orientations.

Commercial agreements

As a member of this committee, you will help to maintain the high standard of the products and services offered by AQIII to its members through various actions, including : 

  • Optimise AQIII's relations with its partners
  • Develop new partnerships
  • Adapt the range of services and products to meet members' current needs.

Tax and public affairs

Do you want to deal with tax and public affairs issues affecting members? This committee is for you!

  • Analyse the impact of tax changes and government policies
  • Represent the interests of members to government bodies and the ecosystem

Ethical governance and appointment

Ask to be part of this committee if you are ready to make decisive choices: 

  • Produce specific documents and tools to support the good governance of AQIII, its committees and its actions
  • If necessary, to study and propose amendments to the regulations, policies or procedures of the Board of Directors.

Membership

Help your association grow: 

  • Define and implement a strategy to cover members' needs
  • Determining membership formats and associated service packages
  • Establish the association's tool requirements to support developments

Techno-performance

Would you like to support the ongoing improvement of the website (new investments, computer graphics, etc.)? This committee is for you! 

  • Helping the permanent staff with the implementation of the website and CRM

Rayonnement

If you want to raise the association’s profile in the community and during the activities surrounding the AQIII’s 30th anniversary, get involved in this committee!
