Mr. Goulet has more than 30 years of experience in information technology as a team leader, a project manager, a program manager, and most of the time, he was also playing the role of technical architect, developer, tester, technical documentation writer and trainer.

He can adapt very easily to the mandate or the situation. That allowed him to work as a consultant during most of his career, on approximately fifty mandates in Canada, France and in Mali. Most of his projects contained an important technical aspect, requiring a lot of new ideas and good skills in synthesizing. It allowed him to execute with his teams the good actions at the right moments, within the projects timelines. He can also analyze the situation, in order to be efficient in problem solving.

He is very professional, having a great respect for the hierarchical relation; he is very dedicated to his projects. He is always a key resource in the teams in which he is evolving.

He is very fluent in French & English whether in terms of reading, writing or speaking.
