With more than 16 years’ experience in the PI System, Fabiano Batista has provided best practices, system design documents and high level systems support to strategic OSIsoft’s accounts. He gathered users’ requirements for the system architecture design to satisfy the customer’s business needs in accordance with their corporate vision. He also provided technical expertise to account executives and to enterprise project managers, provided PI System integration with other applications programmatically, created applications and solved technical problems related to the PI System across the OSIsoft customer installed base. In addition, Fabiano has worked as a field engineer / technical consultant for the test & measurement field for over 11 years, delivering training, troubleshooting, performance testing and certification services for a multi-industry market. At Syscontel Technologies Canada, he continues helping customers to improve their operations visibility by delivering very specialized applications in a multi-industry market.
