Luc Menard is a CRM subject matter expert that has worked with the market leading solutions Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Siebel since1998. Luc has actively participated in all aspects of project delivery, from pursuing sales opportunities, to managing and delivering projects of various sizes, to post-deployment training and support. For 6 years he was the CRM Practice Director in a consulting firm making strategic decisions and participating in the development of a vertical solution.

He has successfully delivered projects with major national and international companies in a variety of industry including: financial, healthcare and pharmaceutical, consumer goods, professional services and government.

In the 23 years Luc has worked in the Information technology industry he has had the opportunity to work at Accenture, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Siebel Systems, SAP America, Le Groupe SCI, Keyrus Canada,Fujitsu Canada and Nubik. He has founded and has been operating Luxsa Consulting since 2008.
