Jean Duranleau Disability Insurance (AIJD) is selling its shares to Diversico K2 Finance, which will ensure the continuity of disability insurance services.

Mr. Jacques Blais, who has 30 years of experience in this field, will be the new DK2F representative responsible for managing disability insurance claims for AQIII clients.
