Mister IT Security” solutions

The omnipresence of information technology in our lives today requires more than a minimum of security, and is becoming a daily challenge for all businesses, and even more so for self-employed workers and very small businesses (VSEs), because they are less equipped and have fewer resources.

On the other hand, hackers are getting organized and even owning their own Cloud services to make Cyberattacks even more massive and rapid. As a result, Cyberattacks in 2020 will be equivalent to the sum of the last 15 years combined, according to reliable sources reported by ZDNet.

Even more alarmingly, on April 11, 2021, the President of the US Federal Reserve Bank mentioned that “cybercrime is the biggest risk to the economy” and that part or even a large part of the financial system could grind to a halt.

OK, the earth won’t stop turning, but there will be major upheavals and the question is:

Where are you going to find resources to help you with Cybersecurity to not only protect yourself, but also help you get back into business after a Cyberattack?

Knowing that quality resources are all busy working for larger companies.

Also, as they are sometimes better paid and get longer mandates, it will be even harder to find qualified, reliable resources available.

In the eyes of “Mr IT Security“, the solution is simple. We need to take a proactive approach to cybersecurity, and we also need to provide people with reliable, high-quality information on what they need to know to protect themselves, in a language they can understand.

Having worked for over 25 years in information technology (IT), including almost 15 years in security, my desire now is to put my knowledge to good use for the benefit of people.

So the dynamic “Cybersecurity for Self-Employed Workers and SMEs” group was born to support and help all these people. Facebook was chosen as the platform, as it was more accessible to the thousands of self-employed workers present.

As a free member of the group, you have access to :

  • Passionate people and recognized specialists in Cybersecurity and IT;
  • Structured information, respectful discussion and interaction;
  • The opportunity to share and exchange your fears;
  • Suggestions, guidelines and solutions ;
  • Videos, Guides, Checklists, References and Utilities identified as safe;
  • Cybersecurity best practices;
  • IT security highlights and IT news ;
  • Do’s and don’ts ;
  • Etc.

You also have access to all the Cybersecurity blogs on the “Mr. IT Security” website, and eventually to the up-and-coming “Mr. IT Security” YouTube channel.

Be proactive, join the group too. “We’re looking forward to seeing you there!” We look forward to seeing you there!

“The benefits of minimum prevention far outweigh the investment”.
