With about twenty years of experience in information technology, Mr. Poulin is a graduate of Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in computer engineering. Furthermore, he is a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec. His interests lie mainly in the field of networking, security and telecommunications.

Although tasks are very diverse, they focus mainly around the conception, analysis, implementation and management of networks and security equipments. The work of Mr. Poulin is to ensure the proper functioning of the hardware and software of the customer with a continuous improvement mindset. In his everyday tasks, he works with security devices, servers, telecommunications and networking devices (LAN or WAN, wired or wireless), etc. He also performs business needs analysis and the formulation of recommandations for infrastructure hardware and software as well as business processes of customers.

His various achievements have allowed him to develop skills such as teamwork and managing his time efficiently. His dynamism and sense of responsibility enable him to offer a high quality service to his clients.
