I have over 14 years of experience as a consultant specialist in the Business Analysis and Solution Integration domains. My greatest expertise lies largely in the implementation of business solutions, business process management and systems development life cycle.

During my previous mandates I had the opportunity to play key roles on various projects related to the optimization of business process efficiency, the implementation of business service management systems and the realization of IT services integration. My past experiences allowed me to gain a great background in several business areas, on different technological platforms, in addition of obtaining the ITIL foundation certification v3 and following best practices in the business analysis field as a member of the IIBA.
