Mr. Leclerc is a professional in the design and development of Web security solutions. Throughout his career he has gained extensive expertise in several types of technologies and methodologies. He mastered both the Agile development methodology and the Java J2EE specification.

In recent years, Mr. Leclerc has developed and applied expertise in the integration of security in the application development cycle (OWASP). Among others, he participated in application code reviews, deployed vulnerability analysis tools and analyzed plus set up authentication systems. In addition, he participated in the design and development of advanced security solutions such as electronic signature using a public key infrastructure (PKI), strong authentication, the Register of consent to organ donation tissue (RDOQ.org) and migration of multiple Web applications to a SOA (Service Oriented Architecture). His expertise led him to develop the training content, and then give them himself, thus exploiting his communication skills.

Mr. Leclerc is recognized for its dynamism, creativity and entrepreneurship. He holds several certifications attesting to his skills in the field of application security. It is including "Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional" CSSLP, certification issued by ISC2.
