I have been working in the user experience field for nearly 30 years. I created UX strategies, did user research, prototyped and conducted usability tests for numerous software, web and mobile applications. I actively contributed to install a user experience culture and I installed the first internal usability lab in a small software company and at Desjardins. At the same time, I lectured at several UX conferences and gave a case-study course at École Polytechnique de Montréal.

Since 2019, I completed several mandates as consultant:

- Optimize the onboarding process for Pratt & Whitney Canada (Cognitive Group)

- Create task models and update work processes for a Hydro-Quebec department (Cognitive Group)

- Develop a numerical roadmap for a federal maritime agency (Thales)

- Evolve UX practice and apply HCI methodology to several projects at CDPQ (Cofomo)

I also offer customer experience services designed specifically to help small and medium-sized businesses in Quebec maximize their online presence.

Thanks to my computer science background, I connect easily with technical people. I love analyzing complex situations to find creative solutions with the team in place. My empathy allows me to connect with users as well, in order to decode their needs and pain points. Curious, dynamic and open-minded, I am always up for a challenge!
