A man of the field and close to people, Philippe Daoust has more than 20 years of experience in the field of IT and user service. A passion that comes to him from his father and which he now passes on to his children.

Recruited by Desjardins in 1997, he reached the ranks of team leader thanks to his involvement, resourcefulness and leadership. After 10 years of service, he made the jump to Cirque du Soleil where his skills were called upon at the highest level, for 5 busy years. This is where he fell in love with the Apple environment.

In 2011, a new medium opened up to him, that of television. As IT director at Productions J, Philippe is called upon to work on the most ambitious projects of the small screen: Star Académie, Occupation Double, La Voix, Lété Indien and Vol 920.

He is surrounded by a dynamic team responsible for setting up the necessary infrastructure for the various productions, in Quebec and abroad. With his precious accomplices, he develops tailor-made solutions, such as the design of a one-of-a-kind multimedia platform dedicated to reality TV auditions.

The year 2015 marks a turning point with the birth of ProsperIT Solutions inc. Philippe is now flying with his own wings! While continuing to collaborate with Productions J, major names are added to its client list such as Productions Déferlantes and Les Productions Feeling.

His partnership with Celine Dion led him to supervise the web capture of concert excerpts and, more sadly, to organize the multicamera webcast of René Angélil's funeral for fans around the world. He will also orchestrate clever digital initiatives to mark the singer's return to the stage.

Since 2016, ProsperIT has also been mandated to deploy the C2 Montreal network infrastructure, a major international event that brings together the most innovative leaders from around the world. More than 5,000 people participate, equipped with some 7,000 state-of-the-art devices.
