Innovative and creative professional, Émilie is a UX and digital consultant. As an intrapreneur, curious, organized, and highly empathetic, she has over 15 years of experience in digital marketing, customer and user experience (CX/UX), communication, and project management, both freelance and within companies. Her mission: to support businesses in driving innovation, creating customer value, and fostering continuous improvement. She holds a bachelor's degree and a graduate diploma in communication, in addition to a master's degree in e-commerce and a graduate diploma in management from HEC Montréal.
Her neogeneralist career is distinguished by the multidisciplinary nature of the roles she has held in the cultural and television media sectors, then in digital media: as a consultant and social media advisor, including six years at Sun Life Canada. She has been working in UX since 2019 and held a CX/UX management position at Sun Life.
She also worked as a CX/UX strategist at Investissement Québec, accumulating eight and a half years of experience in the financial sector. In 2024, she returned to the telecommunications industry as a UX research expert at Fizz (Vidéotron), while continuing to take on UX and digital consulting mandates.
Her goal? To bring innovation and customer experience to a level of excellence in the projects she undertakes, both in companies and as a consultant, by leveraging her strengths in research, project management, communication, and digital marketing in her passion, UX.
