M. Mourad is a senior decision support technology consultant with 30+ years of experience in the Information Technology industry. Specifically related to data warehouse and B.I. implementations, he has established and implemented multiple business intelligence/data warehouse projects over the last several years. As part of these implementations he has been responsible for team management, functional analysis, data modeling, ETL design and development, Dashboard/Cube/Report design and development, web strategies for application deployment and prototype development.

These implementations have mainly included tools like COGNOS applications and several RDBMS including Oracle, Teradata and SQL Server. He has worked in several industries including pharmaceutical, foods, retail, finance services, insurance, government, and telecommunications to assist these customers with implementing data warehouses and business intelligence solutions.
